Wash Care
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash especially for fully hand-embroidered or crocheted pieces. Below are the recommended steps:

Soak: Use a small amount of mild detergent (e.g. ezee) in cold water. Soak the garment for five minutes, then wash
immediately.
Rinse: Gently rub embroidered areas by hand. Rinse
several times in cold water to remove detergent.
Dry: Avoid sun exposure to prevent color fading.
Hang garments to dry in shade or evenings on rust-
proof hangers.
Iron: Turn clothes inside out and iron lightly. Avoid
ironing directly on embroidery and using lint rollers on
embroidered areas.

We offer returns within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery won’t be accepted.

To request a return, email support@istikhara.com with your order number, product name and contact details. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags intact.
Custom-made, used, and discounted items are not returnable.

A ₹150 per item return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 15-30 business days once we receive and inspect the item.
