Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund:

 We offer returns within 48 hours of delivery! Requests made after 48 hours won’t be accepted.

To request a return , email support@istikhara.com within your order number , product name , and contact details.Items must be unused ,unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Custom-made,used, and discounted  items are not returnable.

A  ₹150 per item return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 15-30 business days once we receive and inspect the item .

Exchange:

We offer free exchange on all items - same style products only !
