Partial Pre-payment for COD Orders

At Istikhara, each shirt is mindfully created on order, exclusively for you. To ensure our products reach customers who truly value them, we request a small advance of ₹300 on all Cash-on-Delivery orders.

This ₹300 is not an additional fee. It applies directly toward your order total—you simply settle the remaining amount in cash upon delivery.

Advance amount reason ?

A nominal upfront payment assures us of your commitment, minimising doorstep rejections.

If a package returns unaccepted, this amount helps absorb the expense of round-trip logistics.

Split COD Process

Shop and fill your cart – Pick your favourites and head to checkout.
Opt for Partial COD – The payment screen will present this option.
Submit ₹300 online – Complete payment through UPI, card, or netbanking.
Get your order confirmation – You'll receive an email/SMS detailing your advance and the outstanding balance.
Clear the balance at delivery – Pay the courier the remaining sum when your order arrives.

What happens if I'm not available for delivery? 

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Monitor your tracking details and coordinate with them, or contact us at support@istikhara.com to prevent the order from returning to us.
